It's getting harder to work on it... a little too comfortable for comfort! 8)

Funny you should ask about the T32 STANDARD and the T32 LUNA. I just posted on our decision process at:

http://triloboats.blogspot.com/2015/03/glass-house-of-waffles-looking-along.html

We waffled for a long time, but it was the extra draft induced by skegs (leeboards don't fit as well under the windows that tipped us over.

But you're right, aside from LR accessories, the immersed hulls are identical (though remember you can move lines around to suit yourself, as builder... the StudyPLANs are just starting points).

Dave ZDave Zhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13241033623115158564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3252341255542272869.post-29620631088637489092015-03-28T05:42:03.639-07:002015-03-28T05:42:03.639-07:00Dear Dave, your boat is looking really confortable...Dear Dave, your boat is looking really confortable. Please, what are the main difference s between the regular T32 and the T32Luna? Besides sails, leeboards and pilothouse? The regular T32 looks roomier, and it would sail probably as well as Luna, wouldn't it? I like the look of the regular T32, as it is squarer :) CheerRicardo Ramalhohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08210853835923952418noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3252341255542272869.post-44709457530720313982015-02-04T18:47:40.201-08:002015-02-04T18:47:40.201-08:00Hi Dennis,

We'l...Hi Dennis,

Thanks! Chippin' away...

We'll be using a deck 'iron' of some sort. A bronze one showed up out here, courtesy of our host, but it's base is very large. It will fit, but will cramp the pilothouse deck. That may not be a problem, but I'd like the elbowroom.

I worked out a possibility to use some of the offcut from the copper side. That will be slim and trim, and extend pipe below-decks for a good, tight smokepath (something that's been lacking in our simple, funnel like deck irons to date.

Soooo... will evaluate soon. Have to make a decision before blocking the deck.

Dave ZDave Zhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13241033623115158564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3252341255542272869.post-79422351047412359302015-02-04T16:18:06.438-08:002015-02-04T16:18:06.438-08:00looking good.
